Established in 2003, GTA Legal Services provided legal services to Corporations in the Toronto area. Our prime activity then was Receivables recovery and legal representation for Provincial Offences.  Today, we offer a wider range of services to corporations as well as individuals.

Due to technology and more complex legislation, what was once a simple process is now too complicated for the untrained.  For most people, being charged and going to court is a frightening experience. Over the years we have developed the expertise necessary to navigate through the bureaucracy in today’s more technical world. 

Our court appearances are done only by professionals who are members of "The Law Society of Upper Canada" and are in good standing.

GTA Legal Services handles more Provincial Offences in Ontario than any other company or individual.
